ladyariadne Posted February 22, 2015 Author #26 Share Posted February 22, 2015 We are in 12 in November. Do you mean it blocked the door out of the room or blocked the door to the balcony? It would be the door to the balcony. There is a hall between the living room and the cabin door.
DP Posted February 22, 2015 #27 Share Posted February 22, 2015 Can you tell me if the Coastal Kitchen serves complimentary wine with lunch? Also, is wine complimentary with dinner?
kaftigr Posted February 22, 2015 #28 Share Posted February 22, 2015 Can you tell me if the Coastal Kitchen serves complimentary wine with lunch? Also, is wine complimentary with dinner? I just got off of the Oasis yesterday and they do serve complimentary wine for lunch and dinner in the Coastal Kitchen.
Quilting Queen Posted February 22, 2015 #29 Share Posted February 22, 2015 Thanks so much for the video. We have this cabin for a B2B May 9 & 16 this year. Friends have some of the surrounding cabins and another couple has 11730 for the May 9 cruise. Norine
Rare Lionesss Posted February 22, 2015 #30 Share Posted February 22, 2015 Thanks for the video. We have 14730 on the other side two floors up. Cannot wait. Safe travels.
ladyariadne Posted February 23, 2015 Author #31 Share Posted February 23, 2015 Can you tell me if the Coastal Kitchen serves complimentary wine with lunch? Also, is wine complimentary with dinner? Yes it is complimentary at lunch and dinner and mixed drinks also from 5-8:30. They have just starting offering the chef's select entree and appetizer from the main dining room (in addition to the regular menu).
PLEIKU68 Posted February 23, 2015 #32 Share Posted February 23, 2015 It looks like the bathroom is in the 'master bedroom'. If you are bringing a third person that could get a little awkward . :)

Justmekaren918 Posted February 23, 2015 #34 Share Posted February 23, 2015 Interesting that you have the rock climbers coming right up to your balcony all day long. I would of thought the suite would of been bigger. Could they actually have a true medicine cabinet in the bathroom like Brilliance has. Props to how they did the railings. Thanks for sharing. Jmtao on the suite.
daljettjockie Posted February 23, 2015 #35 Share Posted February 23, 2015 Thank you for the video. I didn't see much closet space, and the deck furniture looks bad. We sail in 11730 next September.
Travalerie Posted February 23, 2015 #36 Share Posted February 23, 2015 It looks like the bathroom is in the 'master bedroom'. If you are bringing a third person that could get a little awkward . :) IMO, this is still better for more than 2 people. What is more awkward than only having a curtain to separate the sleeping areas? I won't mind that the kids have to come use the bathroom, I am just happy we have our own TV and access to the balcony! We end up watching the cartoon of the week with the kids every night before bed, so now my husband and I can watch our choice of movies. I always tend to wake up before everyone else and want to go to the balcony. In a regular cabin, I am walking over someone's head to get there and making a lot of noise. This way, I can get out without waking anyone up.
Travalerie Posted February 23, 2015 #37 Share Posted February 23, 2015 It would be the door to the balcony. There is a hall between the living room and the cabin door. Ok, that is fine as long as they can get out of the room to the bathroom. Our kids don't need access to the balcony at night.

hopeless holiday booker Posted February 23, 2015 #40 Share Posted February 23, 2015 Room looks great but quick question - can people climbing up the rock wall look onto you?
Justmekaren918 Posted February 23, 2015 #41 Share Posted February 23, 2015 Room looks great but quick question - can people climbing up the rock wall look onto you? Yes the climbers will be able to see at least the balcony, and you will be sick of the bell! As a person famously said need more cowbell! I am surprised they didn't try to put privacy glass 1 way glass, but probably to much of a glare and possible fire issue of sun reflecting. ladyariadne Posted February 24, 2015 Author #42 Share Posted February 24, 2015 Room looks great but quick question - can people climbing up the rock wall look onto you? Probably if you were sitting close to the wall on the balcony but not into the room.

So far the bell has not been a problem. The rock climbing wall is only open certain hours and the climbers seem more worried about hanging on than our balcony.
