What would be the earilest time to book a flight after debarkation in San Juan?

Carnival lists 12:00 Noon is the earliest flight departure time for their shuttles. You could probably make a slightly earlier flight if you got off as early as you could and took a cab to the airport. Keep in mind that there is an agricultural inspection line in addition to the check-in line and of course security. Also, that airport can be very busy on cruise days, so don't try to cut it too close.
