10 day formal nights

Does anyone know what nights are formal nights on a 10 day Eastern Caribbean cruise on Holland America? The sail date is April 7th 2015 if that is important information. Thanks in advance.

Does anyone know what nights are formal nights on a 10 day Eastern Caribbean cruise on Holland America? The sail date is April 7th 2015 if that is important information. Thanks in advance.

 

From my experience, I can only say which nights will probably not be Formal Nights.

 

Embarkation Day, last night, nights in port after 6:00 PM, and on Le Cirque nights will probably not be Formal Nights. They will also not be on subsequent nights.

 

If you go to Purchase Indulgences for your booking, you can see which night is Le Cirque.

 

So using the process of elimination, you can get pretty close to predicting Formal Nights.

You have a few sea days which are usually formal nights if not the last night. Would guess that your 1st or 2nd sea day out of Ft Lauderdale and the sea day after St. Thomas will be formal nights if you are on the Maasdam.

We had 2 on our 11 day Caribbean. Both on seadays. The second one was after St. Thomas as well.

Thanks for the replies. I was under the impression there would be three formal nights on a 10 day but it's sounding like two. Yes, the cruise is on the Maasdam.

The amount of formal nights should show on your boarding pass but that can be subject to change.
