Best Snorkeling in Ocho Rios or Grand Cayman

Traveling in May with friends on Carnival and they love to snorkel.

Which Port and Excursion would give them the best snorkeling experience?

Altho many would say the 'best' experience would be to go to Sting Ray City

If you want to combine snorkeling and Sting Ray City in Grand Cayman, Captain Marvin's does a combination trip for less than the ship price (Google "captain marvin's grand cayman"). I suggest going in the morning. The sting rays are more numerous and they are hungrier and so more likely to be willing to play. By the afternoon they are full of squid and don't hang around as much.
