Inside cabins

We are thinking of a Med cruise in an inside cabin next year. Can anyone tell me how good the air con is in these rooms as I have trouble sleeping in an over-warm room.

It's the same as all the other cabins. Personally I find it frigid - or boiling. But each cabin had individual controls and turning it right down will make your cabin COLD.

You might find it feels warm when you board, but if you turn the temperature down it should be nice and cool by the time you turn in for the night. :)

Suggestion: If you are willing to book a year in advance, call Cunard or your travel agent and ask about special offer to book at inside cabin price and be automatically upgraded to an obstructed view balcony at the inside cabin price. At least that way, you will have access to fresh air, no matter what happens to the air con ;)

I have sailed 3 times on Cunard inside cabins. Temperature control via the thermostat was very good. I would not hesitate to book another inside cabin in the future.

I've stayed in inside cabins. Like you, I prefer cooler temps at night. This has never been an issue, it is easy to cool the room right down (to too cold, as I found out one night!).
