RC website problems??

I have just logged on to RC's website, and my booking has disappeared!!! Does anyone know if they are having major issues? I am on hold right now with customer service waiting for assistance!! I think I will check my cabins and see if they are available.

Well, it just seems there is a bit of a glitch in their system. Our reservations are still in their reservation system! :)

I noticed earlier I could not access my booking either but chalked it up to web site problems or maintenance. But I can access it now. :)

Just got home and logged in, it's there now. That was weird.

I've had problems for a few days now getting into the RC website. When I type in www. etc the words just seem to jiggle around and nothing happens. If I click on google and type in RC and then click to go into the website it works fine. I don't think it's my laptop because it doesn't happen with any other site.

Is it 90 days out before you can access the dining to make a reservation at Giovanni's?

I believe they recently changed the Cruise Planner such that you cannot make some reservations (dining for sure) more than 90 days out.
