Booked one of the last cabins on the spur of the moment and only afterwards checked exact location on the cabin. :( Turns out that Cabin 11668 is under the outdoor seating of the restaurant and NEXT to where the pingpong table is. Can anyone who has been in or around this cabin recently let me know how it is? I can only find old reviews of this cabin.

It has been years since we've been on the Spirit but are going again this year. Looking at the deck plans, it looks like you are under the outside eating area of Raffles off to the side. Other than chairs maybe being moved in the a.m., I wouldn't think that would be too bad.

You have rooms below you and it also looks like there are stairs that terminate just above your room. That whole back area of the ship is pretty neat plus there is a bar there.

An update on cabin 11668 on the Spirit: it does´t share a wall with the table tennis area anymore! This still appears on at least some deck plans but it is wrong. Instead of the table tennis tables, there are now tables and chairs for breakfast and lunch, and they are rarely used. The cabin itself is right next to the sliding door to the terrace, and while it is not noisy, it is not 100% quiet either due to people walking in and out.

We booked te same cabin for a 28 day transatlantic cruise in October. How did it go? Was your cabin noisy? Please let me know, as we can still make arrangements to change... Being 28 days in the same cabin and all!

Thanks for your input.
