Able to upgrade online?

I know you can call and do it, but are you able to change staterooms online after you book? Seems like it should be like an airline where you are able to change seats, but I don't see how to do it on the Carnival site. TIA

Sadly you have to call and upgrade, it would be awesome if you could change rooms online

When I got an upgrade offer on my upcoming cruise via email, I was taken to Carnival's site where I was able to pick the room I wanted to upgrade to from a list. Sadly, there were some nasty system errors when I went to pay and had to call to finish the upgrade, so it's not quite perfect. (and my credit card got double-charged because of it)
