Do prepaid drinks or not on 3 night cruise?

Going on 3 night Majesty of the Seas trip Apr 3rd and have a couple questions. It's been since 2008 since I've been on a RC cruise and they didn't have prepaid drink option back then. But it's like $200 per person for full bar and I am thinking I'm not going to get my money's worth since we have stops in coco cay and Nassau where we will be off the ship. Can anyone fill me in on what the average single drink prices are for bottles of beer and mixed drinks so I can do the math? It sucks that you can't pick the day/s that you want to use the prepaid drink option. But can you buy it when you get on the ship or is it too late? Thanks

Well, Coco Cay is the same as being on the ship...so the package will totally work there, if you plan on drinking!

 

I think domestic beers are in the $5-6 range...and mixed drinks are up to about $8 or so....

 

And YES>..you can buy it on the ship on boarding day!

The do sell the packages on 3 night cruises.
