E-Docs

How soon before a cruise are the E-Docs available. I completed my online check in 1 week ago and when I log on to the site it still say "you will be notified when the e-docs are ready" and we are sailing in 6 days but flying out in 3 days. I seem to remeber them being available sooner than this.

I had mine for our upcoming cruise mid April about two months ahead of time. Perhaps you should call your TA or cruise line and inquire as to where they are.

Log into your NCL account and look in the upper right hand corner for them. Mine says 'download edocs' right next to where it shows how many days until the cruise.

 

Our next cruise is 50 days away and we already printed our edocs. I think it took about a week to be available.

Were it should say "dowload edocs" it says continue check in but when I click the link it says " notification will be sent when your edocs are ready" Looks like I will have to call them.

Since it says continue check in, perhaps your check is is not 100% for all passengers?

Yeah, definitely call NCL. I'm cruising in 12 days and didn't have the option to download my eDocs so finally called. The rep on the other end had to 'fix' something. Within five minutes of the fix, I had my docs. If I hadn't called to initiate the fix, don't know that it would have happened.

All the check in was complete for everyone for the 3 rooms we had booked together. Called NCL this morning and at firts they were saying they should be there. After a few minutes of checking they said for some reason the contract hadn't been accepted yet(not sure what that means) but was nothing I did wrong. He fixed it and edocs for the 3 rooms are now available. Only 5 more days:D

Im 31 days out and have the same issue too. I guess Ill have to call

We had the same problem. I was able to download the edocs for my studio but DD could not get them for her cabin. We called and they fixed the glitch within 5 minutes.
