janecambridge Posted March 26, 2015 #51 Share Posted March 26, 2015 . I will say I deal with a TA that is not a huge online agency, but is one of Regent's top sellers, and due to a south Florida location, has a personal relationship with many Regent officers. Maybe that makes it easier for her to get correct answers. ...and easier for you to get Prime 7 delivered to your suite? ;)

If you have a TA that regularly books Regent and has a contact person that they deal with, you should be able to get the information you need about this or any Regent policy. However, TA's that may be great for booking general travel and are not familiar with Regent may not know who to contact to get answers.

In both cases, the butler was aware of the policy and it did not seem as if we were receiving special treatment. Not sure I was clear, you can also reserve and eat in any specialty restaurant any night you choose, although our butler asked us to let him know 24 hours in advance. TC - I think the issue on Oceania is about people ordering from more than one restaurant on the same night. In other words, appetizer from one place, main from another, or each person ordering from different restaurants. Not sure I can blame Oceania for discouraging that.
