Outside by the lifeboats.

We were on Conquest last year and we were by the lifeboats. Took about 20 - 30 minutes I think.

Outside. One side is usually in the sun the other side out of the sun.

While I recognize the Conquest is a different class ship...When I cruised on the Breeze in January...we were all seated in different areas inside the ship....Theater, Dining Rooms and Lounges. Also no life jackets were required. Much more comfortable> I am assuming all Carnival ships are now following this protocol??

No ships require lifejackets at the drill now. On the Fantasy class ships you listen to the briefing inside and then you go the lifeboats for about 5 minutes. On the Dream class the whole drill is inside. On all other ships it is outside by the lifeboats.
