Iamthesea Posted September 7, 2005 #1 Share Posted September 7, 2005 Sorry about the other two post. :o I just noticed that they didn't go through yesterday. What a pain the board was and must have been the cause for the double missing post. My Daughter gave me this bank for my birthday. It's not quite large enough to collect funds for a cruise, but sure will come in handy for collecting casino quarters. :D
Pam in CA Posted September 7, 2005 #2 Share Posted September 7, 2005 Oh, that is so sweet! Very personalized and special. What a great idea!

raftrider Posted September 7, 2005 #5 Share Posted September 7, 2005 http://www.goodsgallery.com/mymoneybank.html I just found this. Got to get a few for Xmas gifts. Linda Sorry, I just realized that this is a wholesale site. I'll keep looking.
Iamthesea Posted September 8, 2005 Author #6 Share Posted September 8, 2005 Mine was purchased at Kirkland's in the mall. I did not see it available on their web site.
Iamthesea Posted September 8, 2005 Author #7 Share Posted September 8, 2005 Looks like you only have to order two at the wholesale price. ;)
ourlol Posted September 8, 2005 #8 Share Posted September 8, 2005 Trouble is you have to place a minimum 'first' order of $150!! Why is it we never get anything like this in the UK!! I'd love one. If anyone finds it on an online store (which will ship internationally) please would you post a link here. A million thanks. Laura
cafeamericaine Posted September 8, 2005 #9 Share Posted September 8, 2005 I see some on eBay. Try a search there for "Cruise Bank" (best to leave off the quotes, each seller seems to call it something slightly different). At least one of the sellers I found this way ships to UK. ourlol Posted September 8, 2005 #10 Share Posted September 8, 2005 Thank you so much for that. :D I've just sent off a message to two e-bay sellers asking them how much they will charge to ship to the UK. My hubbie never knows what to get me for my birthday... a 'real' cruise is out (hint hint) so this would be the next best thing. Laura

Iamthesea Posted September 8, 2005 Author #12 Share Posted September 8, 2005 WOW! Looks like I inadvertently gave a boost to some Ebay sellers. One guy has 22 of these banks for sale.
