B2B and onboard credit

Recommended Posts

We are doing a B2B on Navigator in April. We had all of our Visa points put on the first week as onboard credit (before adding the 2nd week later). Does anyone know if I can transfer any leftover to the 2nd half or do I have to cash it out at the 3% penalty . Or is there another option? TIA

Although you will lose double points, it is refundable and will be credited back to your Visa card if you don't use it all. There is no way (that I know of) to transfer it to your second week.

If your OBC came from your Visa Points then you can go to guest services on the last night and cash it out. You only pay a service charge in the casino (5%) for non refundable OBC.
