We are thinking of visiting 7 Mile Beach so we can walk far and also stop to snorkel along the way.

Would appreciate suggestions on where we should set down our towels, etc.

Is there a certain stop we should request the bus?? or taxi?? drop us off at or do they all drop off at a certain stop?

Thanks so much.

You can walk to SMB from the tender piers. Part street/sidewalk, part sand. I'm just not sure you'll have any great snorkeling opportunities along the stretch. Better snorkeling to the south of the tender piers around the Eden Rock Dive Center, but you sacrifice the expansive beach (which is true of most good snorkeling spots).

As far as taxis or bus stops they're all along the main road. Bet for getting back if running out of time. Just head up to the front of any of the hotels, if taxis aren't there, you can call for one. People will point out the closest stop for the minibuses.
