Donsyb Posted May 6, 2015 #8 Share Posted May 6, 2015 (edited) No sierra nevada on anthem. A couple of brewdog beers were the only real craft beers. On the list i posted above the first few are listed as draft. Most beers are in bottles. They didnt have brooklyn lager. All beers were included in your package up to the relevant limit i.e. $9 for select and $14 for premium. We orderd the fullers vintage ale and just had to pay the $1 difference. Cheers Iain The two brewdogs were punk IPA and Brixton porter. We bought two vintage ales, not sure if there's a limit? There was none stated. They were in the gift box. The brewdogs and vintage ales were only in Michaels I think. Edited May 8, 2015 by Donsyb

Donsyb Posted May 12, 2015 #15 Share Posted May 12, 2015 Hopefully that helps, best Craft beer at MICHAELS. They didn't have all of this though when we were on board e.g. No brooklyn lager. The Michaels home brew was drinkable and the golden glory was good
Donsyb Posted May 12, 2015 #16 Share Posted May 12, 2015 (edited) Hopefully that helps, best Craft beer at MICHAELS. Also the vintage ale was 15, not 11. This is the menu on display outside Michaels, but the actual menu inside was different Edited May 12, 2015 by Donsyb
bogofman Posted May 12, 2015 Author #17 Share Posted May 12, 2015 Except none of you actually know what a craft beer is. It doesnt exist. Its a BS marketing term invented by small brewers to try and make their beer sound better than the larger brewers. In Fact its usually not. Small brewers have consistancy problems and they usually have very bad yeast control due to mutations and poor QC. Theakstons is a traditional brewer and all their beer is brewed in the traditional way. I used to work for the company who owned them. Really only Scottish Duechars is a copper vat traditional brewer a true "craft brewer" The rest brew in alum vats and their QC is not great although they are getting better. It always makes me smile when I see the term craft beer I think of craft beer as something you make in a shed:D

And there are plenty of small breweries out there making consistently great beer.
