Yes its an adult and a 13 year old. The difficulty I have is I want to pay for the adults drinks package but I am in another cabin which is not easily done on the ship apparently.

P&O have come back to me saying they have an issue meaning you cannot get the free refresh package online. You need to book it on the ship and to show them the reply to reception to get the 10% off onboard. Cant be that hard to make it available?

I am trying to book a Classic drinks package for my step daughter who is sharing a cabin with her daughter who is 13 who should get a free refresh package and its not letting me get it free. It says it will. Now you have to select the package for both occupants and then go to the payments page but it still charges for the refresh package. Anyone know how to get the under 18s charge removed? I have asked P&O but not heard back.

To be exact it says 14 weeks You going from Gatwick on Norse too?

Im on the same cruise, if you try booking seats it says come back 90 days out which is later next month

We were lucky and unlucky at the same time. We went straight to the lounge as downstairs was very busy with little space to sit down, planes were constantly coming and going. We enjoyed the free usable wifi and free drinks and food, all for about $30 each. We were unlucky as our flight was delayed 2 hours, were were lucky that we were in the lounge as it meant we really got our moneys worth. I would use the lounge again without a doubt, the toilets were clean too. We are flying to and from Antigua in January, hopefully they have a similar lounge.

We found the airport lounge upstairs a godsend at Barbados coming back.

We are doing MSC Preziosa out of Southampton in November and Im not sure of the currency onboard and I cant seem to find the answer is it Euros or GBP please?

Mark Oliver, his late night one was about the only funny one of the three appearances.

This was us queuing outside the Ocean terminal, we were here for about 40 minutes, 7 queues plus priority. And inside, this went back and forth half a dozen times, you could not sit down, this took about an hour. Glad Im in a suite next time!

I was on this too but will do a cruise review as there were some things not right. Embarkation was chaos. We did the MDR twice and the food was mediocre, loved the Beach house, Limelight club but was left very disappointed by the Epicurean. Ports of call good though.

Only Mediterranean but there were queues for suites and Caribbean tier and above. They had 27 check in desks for 4000 odd passengers. Our check in should have been 15:15 but we got on at just gone 4 after arriving at 2:50

Took an hour of standing to get to the check in desk. You couldn't sit in Ocean terminal and it was a free for all as they were ignoring the arrival times. My cruise review is underway!

I'm currently on Britannia and I could book 9 days out. They sent the email saying you could book dining six days out.

Anyone know if you can reach the ships wifi from their terminal (in our case Ocean), we have a very late boarding time and I suspect the cookery club will book up fast and wondered if I can book it while waiting to board.

Its the ship that is connected to the satellite not the phones.
