This was our 3rd dinner in the Posh Dining Room. The service remains fantastic! No one has been disappointed with their dinner. Last night was elegant night with prime rib and lobster. Just order both entrees....my husband orders 2-4 entrees every night (skinny guy that eats his weight on cruises!) On the part of the menu that doesn't change we recommend the pork chop; it is excellent! Here are some photos of tonight's menu....sorry not much of a food porn photographer.

Arrived in port today at Mahogany Bay. We were off the ship by 820ish. Stay on ship time! Have a watch that stays on ship time because if you use your phone on wifi it may change to local time.

Little French Key

We walked off the ship, through the port shops and then you pop out where the taxis are....either get a cab to the port gates or keep left; go up the stairs and up and down a hill until you see the gates and also lots of drivers and tour operators. The LFK guys have green shirts and they say LFK. You then take a bus on a little drive including dirt roads. When you arrive at Frenchy's you will pay, get wrist bands and hop on the ferry for paradise!! They will first tour you around the island....then you can find that perfect spot! Here are a few pics....then I'll finish my review a little later.

Coffee Rewards: buy 6 coffees get the 7th free.

Seaside Movies: You will get a schedule of movies and times at the beginning of the week. It has not been crowded....they also serve popcorn. Some of our movies have included Interstellar, Ride Along, Guardians of the Galaxy, dawn of the Planet of the Apes. They have been starting at 7. Which, is a strange time as most families have early dining.

Today we were in Belize and did the carnival excursion to Xunantunich ruins with lunch. Belize is a long tender! This was followed by a 2 hours bus ride, a very short ferry across the river and then a 2 mile ride in a van to the ruins! The ruins were worth every second...they are amazing! We got a guided tour, plenty of time for climbing up the big ruin and time for pictures. There are gift shops in the parking lot below the ruins. We then headed to a restaurant for lunch...everyone gets the same plate of bamboo chicken and beans and rice. You can by 2 buck beers or pop. We were back at the pier about 430pm ship time; along with many others! The last tender was supposed to be at 415pm but I can't see that ever happens! Here are some pics!

The kid in me is really looking forward to the Seuss parade haha

NUMBER ONE..I LOVE your CC name...My dad always says in Spanish.."I am an old turtle" and has a collection that never ends and scar bites on his hand from his yard turtle as a kid.

I LOVE Seuss...I would love to go to a Grinch Christmas Brunch on a Christmas Cruise on Carnival and hug little Sally woo hoo who is not more than 2...and give the Grinch a kiss anyway..after his heart starts growing...I just had the honor of that with my dad doing my yard together Monday...LOL...and he initiated...which is a huge wow...Sarah

Thanks all! This posting live thing is hit or miss with Internet still being slow sometimes; especially adding pictures! The other issue is that we bought one premium Internet for all of us (10!) You can be on one devise at a time. We didn't want the teens to be in it all the time. When you go to login it'll tell you that someone else is on and you can kick them off! So, that makes the kids super happy :) Anyway; it has worked out for the most part.

I'll be adding pics and details about our experience when I get home...the things I miss during the cruise.

Today we are in Cozumel! My family of 5 has a scuba dive planned with Sea Robin. However, my son and husband may be too congested to dive :( We are evaluating that soon.

It's another beautiful day! The weather has been perfect so far.

Great day diving in Cozumel with Sea Robin. I highly recommend them! They did a refresher and a 2 tank dive for us and the dive master dove with our family the entire morning making sure we were comfortable. We have amazing go pro footage that I'll post some of when I'm home.

Last Sea Day

It is obvious by today that we are aft balcony kind of folks. We have spent the majority of our time here and we have absolutely loved it! As I mentioned before if we aren't hanging on our balcony we are in the Red Frog and sometimes the casino. I did a facial in the spa today. My daughters did a massage and a facial...and my mom had a pedicure. Had our last bottle of champagne with orange juice from the lido and so sipping mimosas most of the day. We took a peek at the ice sculpture at the main pool. Impressive! It is super hot today though and I just can't imagine spending the day at the main pool with the crowds and the heat! To each their own, however. It's your cruise...so pick your space and settle in. Tonight half our group is going to the steakhouse. $35 a person. You can also now order a steak in the MDR for $20. Be home in Denver tomorrow evening and will finish up review and many more pics soon after! It's been a great time on the Freedom!

Last night of the cruise is time for good-byes and thank you's! We had exceptional service (and some ok service but more about that later). But, the absolute best is the crew from the Red Frog! Spend your time here and you won't regret it!

Thank you for the great photos! How long did it take to get over Freedom's shocking decor? LOL. I'll be sailing on her in August. :)

My goodness it is horrible isn't it?! My mom and brother thought it was 70's retro delightful ;)
