I have only sailed on Carnival but I am looking into booking on Royal Caribbean Liberty of the Seas. RCCL has some good promo rates right now but do they have a rate comparable to Carnivals early saver where you get price drops?

No early saver equivalent but you can get price drops anytime up until final payment. After final payment no price drops, no on board credit. Only the opportunity to upgrade staterooms.
