The delivery was rather quick...not Amazon Prime quick but only a few days. The DD and I scored ours awhile back.

I was waiting for Black Friday to see if Carnival was going to put the GC on sale, but they never did. I thought that they might put them on sale on Cyber Monday, and they didn't. Now they are gone from AARP. I still need 2 $500. Hope that they come back soon.

I do not recall the others that I bought from AARP taking this long to come once they were on the way.

 

However it is Christmas time now and the mail is heavier.

My first order took about two weeks. Maybe because it was my first order. I'm hoping my order from yesterday comes a lot sooner.

I was wondering what happens if you book a cruise and pay with a GC for the deposit and then have to cancel. If it a refundable deposit, do you get your deposit back as a GC?

Yes, your money will be refunded to a gift card.
