sept10dsm Posted May 14, 2015 #1 Share Posted May 14, 2015 I was just looking at the Canada/New England fall cruises on Princess site. I saw a 10 day returning to Cape Liberty. I didn't realize Princess was using that port now.
Loonbeam Posted May 14, 2015 #2 Share Posted May 14, 2015 They do if other ports are unavailable for some reason (maintenance, other ships, etc) I was just looking at the Canada/New England fall cruises on Princess site. sept10dsm Posted May 14, 2015 Author #3 Share Posted May 14, 2015 Thanks. I just never saw Cape Liberty for Princess. We've done quite a few Princess cruises from the NY area but they were from Manhattan or Red Hook. NJ is a lot easier to get to!
cruzrbachoua Posted May 14, 2015 #4 Share Posted May 14, 2015 The Princess ship going there this year is due to high traffic at the Red Hook pier they had to divert to Cape Liberty and do not believe that Princess will make this a normal disembarkation port as it cause quite a bit of hassle and issues on the roll call for that sailing.
