Getaway Upsell for May 16 cruise

We are currently booked in Spa Mini-Suite with UBP. Got the email today at noon (we just got home at 4pm) to upsell to H5 Haven Suite for $500 p/p. We were on hold for 20 minutes, so DH decided not to wait any longer. Not sure if I should call back.

 

From what I read we will probably lose UBP and then would have to "hope to get a spa pass". DH is set on having spa pass but we will not get to ship until @ 12:30pm. Do you think concierge could get that for him? :confused:

call back they are only there until 5 pm eastern, 4 minutes from now but they will answer call if your already on the line before 5

you do not lose your UBP

You wouldn't lose the UBP if you take an upsell. Or at least, I didnt when I was upsold from a haven balcony to a Haven Spa suite.

Wow. We sail on 6.6.15. We received one for 1000.00 per person to upgrade. I wonder if I wait if it will get less expensive?

 

That would be such a wonderful opportunity :)
