Christmas on the Getaway....

A bucket list item will be checked off this year, a cruise for Christmas.at home here in RI there will be no tree, no wrapping 10.000 gifts, no cooking...... I'd love to hear from others who have sailed on the Getaway for the holiday and what the experience was like for you. Sailing with my daughter and her fiancé and that's the best present of all.

Watch the port days, especially on holidays. I think we hit Nassau on 26th and there was a large parade through the streets, so going to Atlantis was chaotic (we took the ferry instead). not much was open that day too.

 

That was our 3rd holiday cruise and much better than having to host a party at home...
