Nothing stands out, the beaches of St Thomas and St John are the biggest "attractions", daysails are very popular, an island tour is a good way to see much of either island, and duty free shopping is big on STT. Lots of information here on these activities as well as other more adventurous activities like zip lining and kayaking.

[edit] If interested in snorkeling, of the islands on your cruise St Thomas probably offers the best snorkeling opportunities, either from a beach like Sapphire or a daysail like Yacht Nightwind or High Pockets.
