Carnival Conquest Mid Ship Deck 6 Balcony Cabin

Sorry I have not been in a balcony on that floor, but an inside and it was fine. Are you able to get one on deck 7? On a conquest class ship, that deck would always be my first choice for balcony, because you only have passenger rooms below you and above you, and noise should not be an issue.

I agree with the previous poster about getting on deck 7 if you can. I don't know for sure about the cabin you're in, but avoid cabin #6371 at all costs! I was in that one and it's right above the casino bandstand. The bandstand's speakers are in the ceiling, right under the cabin floor. The music was playing loudly until about 2:00 AM. Never again!

I've had two balcony deck 6 cabins on Conquest-class ships and had noise both times. One cabin was forward - I thought we were safe since we were over the shops, but a lot of noise came up the stairwell from the main lounge. We joked that we got to experience the shows twice - once in the lounge and once in the cabin. The second time we were over a part of the casino, and if anyone hit it big we knew about it. I avoid deck 6.

Interested to read the replies here as I am looking at a similar cabin on Splendor. To me, it looks like 6421 would be over Impressionist Boulevard, which I wouldn't expect to be a particularly noisy area (although I haven't been on this ship before).

I'm also curious if smoke from the casino drifts up to deck 6 via the mid-ship stairwell, and if so, can you smell it inside the cabins in that area?
