What happended to 'Second City' as entertainment option?

I was just in my NCL account, looking to book our entertainment options for our upcoming Sept. Bermuda cruise, and I noticed there are only 4 items listed for Entertertainment. (1)Burn the floor, (2)Rock of Ages, (3)Cirque dreams, and (4)some sort of wine tasting event. Second city is not an option anymore. Has this been taken away for good?

It's been 10 years since we cruised NCL. We are booked on NCL Jade for a transatlantic 29 Oct from Barcelona to Houston.

When can we book events onboard?

Do we need to book shows in advance?

Is there a charge now for shows?

Thank you for the help. m--
