Calling home from stateroom

We are on the Viking Passage cruise in September. Does anyone know how much it costs to call home using the telephone in your stateroom? Thanks.

A lot of money.

Use your cell phone in one of the ports to call. It will be much, much cheaper than calling from your stateroom phone.

It's about $5 per minute. Had to use it in Antarctica when my cell was out of range

Hal used to have phone cards for $25 for 12.5 minites iirc. I haven't used one in a long time so I don't know if they still exist.

Calling the ship from shore is $16/minute.

I would guess that ship to shore prices are similarly high.
