Quick Gem Review including CAS

Glad you loved the Gem! It is our favorite, although we're bummed that Jenny Lim is no longer with NCL. We are casino rats ans spend much of our time ( and of course, $$$) there!

Who are the host/hostesses now? When we sailed in September, Chris was the manager and his new wife Pearl were working there. I know remarie is gone, so was wondering who will be there for our August cruise. Thanks!

 

I'm sorry but for the life of me I can't remember their names and can't locate where the heck I put their cards. Chris...that sounds right....did he wear glasses and kinda on the shorter side? LOL

 

And...never did met the famous Jenny Lim but DanDan was fantastic!

Found out earlier today that Chris is back as the casino manager. He is a very proper Brit...not short or bespectacled ! ;-) his wife, Pearl is gone to an Alaskan cruise, so it must be all new people in the casino. Jenny was the hotel director, and indeed, Dan Dan is quite full of himself!! ;-)

Every day someone was sending me something to our cabin: CAS three different times (You fill out a card and they send what you request)

If you are VIP they give you a card to pick your treats in room, wine, shrimp cocktail etc. other tiers get candy, strawberries etc

Correct. And it's not left in your room. The Host will seek you out and give it to you to fill out...or you can just ask him/her for it at the Casino desk.
