mr&mrscruiselover Posted June 24, 2015 #1 Share Posted June 24, 2015 We will be cruising on NCL. My husband has mobility issues and I need to know how far it is from where you park to the entrance of the terminal. Since we are driving are there any hotels in the area where if you stay the night prior to the cruse you can leave your car there and use a shuttle or taxi to the port. Need to do what will cause DH the least stress.
tonit964 Posted June 25, 2015 #2 Share Posted June 25, 2015 (edited) You can drop him off at the terminal entrance, leave your bags with the porter and then go park the car and either walk back which isn't far or they do have shuttles running in the lot. There are benches right outside the terminal he can sit and wait for you. My dad has mobility issues and this is what we do. They have two hotels most cruiser's use which is Crown Plaza and Doubletree, both have park and cruise packages. Edited June 25, 2015 by tonit964 edited to add hotel info. CruiserBruce Posted June 25, 2015 #3 Share Posted June 25, 2015 San Pedro California is not in Mexico. Checking on the West Coast Departures board, here: http://boards.cruisecritic.com/forumdisplay.php?f=413 would be beneficial.
Putterdude Posted June 25, 2015 #4 Share Posted June 25, 2015 Yes, I believe all the hotels and motels in San Pedro offer stay, park and cruise packages with free shuttles to and from the cruise terminal. The hotels I am most familiar with are the Crown Plaza and the Double Tree Inn both in San Pedro and I am sure that you would be happy with either.
