At few days later how ever, we no longer wanted the booking, so I cancelled the cruise on line. After I cancelled, I did not receive any emails, messages etc or confirmation of the cancellation. Is this normal? I also wanted to know how long does the refund of your deposit take? I am well with in the time frame for a full refund and It did say, when I cancelled, there will be $0 penalty. But there was no other messages or confirmation emails etc Has anyone else cancelled on line? How long did your refund take? Thank You Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
CHEZMARYLOU Posted June 26, 2015 #2 Share Posted June 26, 2015 We've cancelled excursions with Celebrity on line, RCCL is the parent company, and had a refund to our credit card in a few days. Just to be totally sure, I would call RCL and verify if the on-line cancellation went through and see if you can get a cancellation number or something.
