Seabourners' Copenhagen hotel recommendations

We were very happy here. And something that made it very nice:

We flew into Copenhagen and arrived at 8 AM. By the time we got to the hotel it was 9:30 AM. Our room was ready and we were moved in and napping by 10.

 

I know this can never be guaranteed, but it is great when it happens.

I requested early check-in, as we'll be coming from the Quest that morning. We'll see.

We stayed at the Avenida Palace twice (in the exact same room). We like the central location and they do a great buffet breakfast. But one of the best things about staying there is the doorman/concierge was extremely friendly and helpful whether it was how and where to buy tram tickets or making dinner reservations. If there was any drawback the beds were a bit hard. Nonetheless I would certainly stay there again if we return to Lisbon a third time.

Thank you Chairsin. I am leaning toward Avenida Palace. We have friends who stayed there recently and they just loved it, for the service, the room, the breakfast, the bar. We like firm beds.
