Depends on how long the local officials take to clear the ship.

Don't go by the 10am on the itinerary. I don't know why NCL started putting 10am return. It is always back way before that.

From my experiences on Gem (and others) usually once the lines are tied, the first group (suites & VIPs) can be headed off around 45 minutes later.
