Cabanas at Princess Cays

I am going to Princess Cays in August. I was wondering if they had cabanas available? If so, are they on a first come first serve basis or do you rent/reserve them? If you rent/ reserve them how do you do that?

If this has been asked and answered before, I apoligize but I could not find it in a search.

I did not see any there last October. There are quite a number of, for lack of a better term, poles set up with thatched palm roofs to provide shade.
