LVCRUZN Posted July 7, 2015 #1 Share Posted July 7, 2015 I currently have a reservation with a Cruise Reward certificate as the deposit. I am going to have to cancel that cruise (before final payment, so no problem there). I understand NCL will reissue the Cruise Reward certificate. Does anyone know how long it takes to be reissued? We are wanting to book a different future cruise but didn't know how long we would have to wait to book it and use it for the deposit. TIA! When you call your PCC they might be able to just change your cruise for you. Cancel that one and book the other, at the same time. Check with them as they could transfer that FCC over to the new booking. Harriet
MagnoliaBlossom Posted July 8, 2015 #4 Share Posted July 8, 2015 I had to do this recently, too, and mine popped up in my account by the next day. It may have been sooner, but I didn't check until the following day.

Arzeena Posted July 8, 2015 #6 Share Posted July 8, 2015 Very fast if done with NCL directly.....the TA's take a tiny tiny bit longer. Also what Harriett advised above...great idea.
Ilovesailing Posted July 8, 2015 #7 Share Posted July 8, 2015 We cancelled a cruise and re booked last year and the PCC moved our additional deposit towards the new reservation then had to wait a day or two for the cruise certificate to be applied. A good PCC will know how to do this.
