I had 3-$500 gift cards in my Verizon Smart Rewards cart leftover from the last time I missed out on them. I just rechecked them and it no longer said sold out. So I gave it a try and the purchase went through. Just thought I'd let anyone who was interested know to watch the Smart Rewards site today.

They can be used for both. You can also use them to pay on a cruise you already have booked.

I just bought two more. Wasn't going to yet, as I just got some thru aarp. I'm down to only owing $963 on our cruise now. :p I've saved $300 so far thanks to these cards! :D that's a lot of beer for DH!

Interesting there are no $100 cards, Verizon or aarp. I've been buying those for on board credit.
