Jewel D1 Cabin 9068 or 1066

I haven't sailed on a Radiance class ship so I'm not sure which cabin would be better. 9068 or 1066???

is that number right? 1066 is an owners suite... Maybe I am just looking at the deck plans wrong.. There is a D1 1046..?

I would chose 9068, because I like to be "sandwiched" between decks that have cabins above and below them, and also 9068 is between the two elevators, my opinion only. 1066 is the owners suite on the Radiance, but on the Jewel and Serenade it is a D1, hope this helps

We were in cabin #9070 last year on our Jewel Transatlantic crossing and thought the location was great. I too would rather be between 2 passenger decks. There's a lot of activity on Deck 11 that might cause noise problems on Deck 10.

Really? We are in a JS on the Jewel in October. Have other CC's experienced noise problems? On our last cruise we were in a large suite on HAL and during the day it was noisey. I would be interested to hear others opinions about the Jewel 10th deck, but heck if the storms keep up like this who knows .Maybe we will cruise Canada, okay by us as long as we so cruising!

I just got off Radiance 1104, aft deck 10 and had no noise problems whatsoever.

We were on the Jewel in Feb and June--both times we were in Cabin 1056--D1. It was a wonderful location--no noise and very convenient to everything!! Tootsie

That is reassuring. It looks like our JS is under the windjammer, and on vacation we are not early risers. I'll let you know how it is. Nancy
