I note that there is to be 10 new kennels on the Queen Mary 2. Now many more kennels than disabled cabins!!!!

Nothing has yet been announced regarding HC staterooms. It's an interesting question however given the more stringent scooter accommodation requirements post-Concordia. There is certainly increased demand as the "Baby Boomer" population ages.

Not quite: each "kennel" is a cage in the one cabin called "the Kennels".
