Gem Spa question

Do you have to get a Spa pass to use everything in the spa or just certain things? This will be our first time on Norwegian and we'll be taking a 10 day cruise, just thinking that the spa might be somewhere we'd like to go. Thanks!

You can't enter the spa without a pass (except on the first day to check it out).

just for clarification. the gym spa and the Mandara Spa are two different things.

 

If you go to the gym and want to take a steam or sauna, no charge in the locker room area. (Also, very nice and clean, but basic)

 

If you get spa services, massage, facial, etc, you are free to use the Mandara Spa facilities that day once.

 

If you purchase a Mandara Spa package $199 per person, you can utilize the mandara spa facilities every day.
