Sailing JOTS on October 25.

 

I am stocking my Kindle Fire with plenty book choices for the voyage, but I may want to send a couple emails during the week.

 

Do I have to buy an internet package prior to sailing or can I purchase a day of internet usage while sailing?

You can purchase a single day while on board, I believe it's around $40 for a single day or $20 per day for the whole cruise for a single device.

You can purchase a 24 hour period on board.

If you are not in a hurry, you can also write your email while on board, and then find free wifi on shore and send your message then. Check the ports of call board about where you might find free wifi.

We are also in this same cruise and was wondering the same question. Thanks everyone for your answers. I did not realize you could purchase a day. I thought you always had to purchase the full week.
