Question about Marv and Harv's in Juneau

We are a couple in our 70's and can walk but not fast. Can someone give me an idea of what the walk is like from their parking area to the dock?

Not far at all. Just across the street. We are in our early 70s as well. Loved, loved loved our trip with them

We were just there last week. The walk from the parking lot is not long at all. The biggest challenge could be the ramp to and from the dock. If the tide is out as it was upon our arrival, the ramp is extremely steep. It was much better when we arrived back to the dock after our excursion because the tide came in.

 

If you can manage a long ramp with a steep incline you should be fine.

I just finished making reservations for next year and was told that there were some problems with communications --- keep trying, they are usually pretty good about response time. Have you tried calling them? H&M does have a toll-free number---866-909-7288.

I booked them a couple of months ago and they were very responsive! Maybe your email ended up in spam never-never-land. Try again!

Thanks for all your responses.........just called them and booked a tour for the 21st of this month. They said they are having problems.

We just did this tour 2 weeks ago and absolutely loved it! We had a party of 10 and one of the couples in our group were in their mid 70's. One also had an ankle problem and moved a little slower than the rest of us. They got on the boat, took their time coming down to it and coming back up. Our crew was very helpful and accommodating for all of us. You will so happy you booked with them. Everyone was certainly were thrilled with our excursion. Enjoy yourselves, it is one of the highlights of our trip!
