Even on a European cruise?

Yes. An Australian couple we met on a Med cruise were casual to a fault. She dressed nicely and met the "country club casual" criterion but he dressed in Polo pull overs and chinos every day and he blended in with everyone else very nicely.

 

That's one of the pleasures of a Windstar cruise, no worrying about dress codes and just relaxing in luxury.
