Love that lasagna! There are a few options that I like on the first night's menu. How will I decide?

And was the dip The Spinach and Artichoke dip? I think I must try that next month.

Enjoying your review. Thanks for your effort.

Correct that was the dip, now that I remember I did try it. And it was really good, this is coming from someone who dislikes spinach ;)

Hot diggety dog, a new Gambee review! This will be the highlight of my weekend! And we actually get to see Gambee! Not just his shoes, or his reflection or his wine glass, we get to see the whole man, thank you GoPro!

I love your comment, Hurray for the GoPro! :D

Welcome aboard!

This is what I love about your reviews, the funny little personal things you add to the conversation. It's not just "here is the pool, here is the dining room", it's more like you are chatting with us as you go along. Very entertaining.

Glad you enjoy them, I actually get back good memories from writing them :)

We then decided to go grab a quick bite. It had been a little while since we ate and I was starting to get hungry. I was also wondering what their late night options were.

The ice cream station.

Your options are Pizza or this station.

My phone was having a fit, so I decided to restart it. By the way I think I am going back to Apple as soon as my contract is over. I decided to buy the Note 4, mainly because I grew bored with the iPhone. While I love the phone itself, Android is just too unstable and it only works when it wants to work. I have to wait once the iPhone 7 comes out next year, hopefully it looks better than the 6. I would love to regain that stability, and compatibility with my Mac comp.

That said, if Android was more stable, this device would be my dream phone.

24 hour ice cream station always had vanilla, chocolate and strawberry. Unlike the MSC one, this one always worked :)

After we ate, we decided to bring some food to the ladies. But when we opened their room, they had the lights off, and they kicked us out faster than we could close the door. Later in the morning we found out we actually woke my mom up, sorryyy :D.

untitled-620_zpsakn2huvf.jpg

We went back to the casino for one more game, but did not last long there. I think he lost $20 faster than it took to put the money in the machine.

untitled-622_zpsuv8ucd1d.jpg

We went back to the room and got ready to go to bed. I believe it was around midnight. Ohhhh, I forgot, there are no clocks on this ship! I highly recommend you bring a watch with you, or you will find yourself asking for the time all day. That is exactly what happened to us. For some reason once I put my phone in Airplane mode, the clock got all messed up and it kept changing. Like I said, I will never get Android. So essentially we had no clock, every so often I ask people around me for the time.

untitled-625_zpstq5tygec.jpg

I went out to the balcony and played some tunes to relax a little while looking at the stars. This is one of my favorite things to do on a cruise, and one of the main reasons that I get a balcony. Just to be able to wind down at night listening to what I want (at a low level of course, I don't want to wake up anyone). It is your very own piece of paradise. In addition to that, it is one of the few times that I actually get to stargaze.

So on with the review. We then left and stopped by the window on the outside of the nightclub (or strip club as suggested by fellow CC'rs).

You can see everyone dancing throughout it.

I never found out if the window was both ways, or just for the outside in. Either was not very encouraging for the shy to dance like me. Once I start pulling my moves, I could imagine the crowd on the other side taking hour long videos, and then posted all over YouTube =)

You're welcome

Our very first port was Nassau. I have been quite a few times, and I not very found of the port. Add to the warning over violence by the US embassy and you are left with a port that I just don’t care for. None-the-less this was the first time for my uncle and one of my aunts, and they wanted to see what Nassau had to offer.

We woke as the ship was pulling into port.

untitled-626_zps6ei3amz9.jpg

I do have to say that pulling into Nassau is really nice. You can see Atlantis, and all the ships already docked.

untitled-627_zpsjmouzsgg.jpg

The weather was supposed to be mixed that day.

untitled-628_zpscx3uv5it.jpg

Oasis and Majesty were already docked there.

Directly behind us a mega yacht, you all know how much I love those =)

untitled-643_zpshi10jxs4.jpg

We got ready and decided to head out to the buffet for breakfast. The plans for today were just to walk around, and maybe head to Junkanoo beach for some sun time.

You can really see how clean the carpets are on this picture.

untitled-645_zpslvqynss0.jpg

Once in the buffet, they were all staring at the magnificence of Oasis. Those ships are truly something else. I think that nothing compares in majesty and presence. I highly recomend them.

Thanks for writing this great review! DH and I are planning a 4 day cruise on the Victory this winter, so your review is very helpful. I completely agree about the photographers. We are just off the Breeze a week ago and the photographers were very intrusive. There was one standing in a main intersection near the Fun Shops that even after I told him "No thank you" tried to put a captain's hat on my head that had been worn by God knows how many thousands of other people. As I teach my elementary school kids YOU DON'T SHARE WHAT GOES ON YOUR HAIR! Hopefully nobody had head lice! They were also holding up debarkation in every port by hounding people to take photos on the gangway.

There was some action that morning.

untitled-658_zps7krmctys.jpg

And here it is, welcome to “Line World”

untitled-653_zpsrufl23z6.jpg

And here I am waiting at the end. The main issue is that the lines move so slow.....

untitled-655_zpsaricf5iq.jpg

untitled-654_zpsq9xgvvkt.jpg

Now, there are ways around this line. I highly suggest that you go to one of the express breakfast lines. Ironically, the item selection is nearly identical to the main two lines. Too bad I found this out later on the cruise.

Warning! The story ahead might be unpleasant for some. But hilarious for others. Be warned!

So here comes the lowest point of the cruise. You all know how I completely love eggs Benedict. I was dumbfounded to find them in the buffet. Especially since some cruise lines seem to be pulling away from serving them there. I think MSC, did not have them there.

Anyway, have you ever eaten something that has made you so sick, that you’re forever petrified to eat it again? It happened to me recently. I have always loved raw fish, but since I recently developed an allergic reaction to raw food, I have nearly ceased to eat all raw food. There are very few items that I could still eat, and one of them was oysters. So, about 4 months ago I was eating oysters, I don’t even know how many of them? Maybe 3 dozen… I know, not very bright, especially since the virus necrotizing fasciitis (flesh eating virus) has been known to be linked to oyster consumption. Anyway, I got so sick (thank God not from that virus), that I had gastrointestinal issues for 2 weeks. I paid dearly for it. Now I won’t go near an oyster. I am absolutely petrified. I really should have known better, it was at a buffet

Well….. Carnival did not exactly do the same, but it did a number on me that is difficult to explain. I am not even sure why I kept eating those eggs. They even tasted funny. I think it was the smoked salmon, but I had eaten salmon the day before… Mom even tried them and put them aside. Uncle did the same. But being the idiot that I am. I ate all the way until I had a clean plate. Damn, I knew they were not good. Anyway the reaction was really quick, you name it, hot flashes, etc. I rather not go into details, but I will tell a more later on, because it links directly to me running like a maniac all over Nassau looking for a bathroom :D

Gosh, look at the eggs. They even look bad. Now I am so afraid of them that I have not had one since :-/

The view from up there is always enjoyable.

untitled-661_zps5u3ftxn5.jpg

She may be old, but she is still gorgeous =)

untitled-662_zpsoivnvhzp.jpg

So we all finished our breakfast, and started heading to the gangway. I used the bathroom a total of 4 times before exiting the ship. I must have used about 3 different bathrooms. I thought I was cleared up, and I kept denying being sick. I really did not want to affect the trip, so I just told them I was fine. But it is quite obvious that someone using a bathroom 4 times in 20 minutes was quite ill.

untitled-663_zpsadvaneuc.jpg

Getting off the ship was quick and painless as predictable in this port. The sun was at full blast and we were already over 90 degrees. That certainly did not help my current condition.

untitled-667_zpsstewacns.jpg

untitled-666_zpskg49r4be.jpg

They were unloading a bunch of stuff.
