Casino Rate

Hi all, getting ready to book a cruise with the Casino offer my husband got. My question is if we need to cancel is the deposit refundable? It does not say that it is not refundable so am I to assume if we cancel prior to our payoff date we would get deposit back?

I booked the casino rate, and if I go into my booking and click the link that says "is there a penalty for cancelling this booking?" it says that there is no penalty.

 

Also on the bottom of the email that I got with the confirmation it says that regular cancellation penalties apply after November 24th. (which is my final payment date)

 

So from that I would presume that the deposit is refundable should you cancel before final payment date.

Casino rate is the same terms of cancellation as every other rate. Penalties don't start until under 90 days left till cruise day. Casino rate is unique in that if you do a no show, they reserve the right to bill you for full rack rate.
