Internet Package and Diamond Discount

Apologize if this has been asked and answered.

 

If we purchase an Internet package ($20/day) prior to embarkation, can we still apply our Diamond discount retrospectively once aboard? Or must we wait until we're aboard to purchase in order to use the discount?

 

I ask b/c I learned the hard way last cruise that b/c I pre-booked a spa appointment, I couldn't use my Diamond percentage discount for that appointment (at least that was what I was told). Trying to avoid the same issue with Internet.

You will have to wait until you are on board. When you sign in on one of the RCI computers, you will swipe your SeaPass Card. This will identify you as a Diamond Member and then when selecting a package your discount will be applied.

Currently, you must wait until you are onboard to use your C&A internet discount.

AND, they sometimes run "Early Bird" promos on the ship for signing up the first day or so. I would recommend waiting.
