Manhattan to Port Liberty

Hi All

 

So, we are travelling in Oct, but arriving into JFK and staying one night pre cruise in Manhattan and one night post cruise in Manhattan too. I need to look at possibly arranging transfers, and our TA advised doing it ourselves would work out more cost effective than via RCCL.

 

2 adults, 1 child (4), 1 infant (2) -

 

JFK - Manhattan

Manhattan - Cape Liberty

Cape Liberty - Manhattan

Manhattan - JFK

 

So, I am sure some here will have experience with certain companies that they might recommend, and some indications of costs would be greatly appreciated.

I've done exactly this... twice... and will do the same a third time in May.

Either solo or a couple, taking the NYCAirporter bus service from JFK to Grand central was a breeze and extremely inexpensive. I took that to and from JFK both pre and post cruise.

 

However, especially with a child and infant, I would hire Carmel for every leg of your trip including to/from JFK. https://www.carmellimo.com/

From midtown to Bayonne, through the great advice here on cruise critic, I hired Carmel Limo... again super prices compared to getting there on your own and much MUCH less time and hassle

Lived in NYC for 12 years. Never heard of them. They are also more expensive than Carmel, a very reputable company.

I used Carmel Car Service and thought their drivers were very courteous and professional. The cars were very clean and they were very punctual. I would definitely use them again.
