kotor jaz beach trip with p and o

going on the oceana 9th September has anyone been on the jaz beach excursion. if so would it be easy enough and cheaper to get a taxi for 4 people than pay for the excursion through p and o.

 

also on the same cruise I am considering the walking the principality tour. I believe you can get lifts up to the palace etc. would this be suitable for wheelchair users?

Welcome to Cruise Critic. There are many forums here, and places to ask questions. Since your question concerns an excursion on P&O, I would ask it on the board for P&O-UK, under Cruise Lines P_Z. You might also go to the Ports of Call boards and ask it on the Europe board. EM
