How long is the cab ride from the Black Falcon cruise terminal to the Boston Aquarium and how much does it cost? Are cabs available at the pier?

There are taxis at Black Falcon cruise terminal when a ship is in port.

 

Depends if you want the taxi to the Aquarium on a weekend or a business day? It will be about 15 or so minutes by taxi on a weekend day. This always depends upon traffic, how many stop lights and construction. :eek:

It's maybe a 5 minute cab ride depending on traffic. So what's that $10-12 with tip?

I would suggest using Google Maps which says that the distance is 2.1 miles. Using TaxiFareFinder which is also available on the internet, the fare will be $12.45.
