Are early saver price drops available when it says for new bookings only?

 

They're not supposed to. But I have also heard of the occasional person getting those rate drops. It can never hurt to try. For this cruise I price matched for just obc and got it. You just never know what they will approve. Just remember if you are not in a guarantee and you are matching to a guarantee cabin, technically the rule states that you have to lose you cabin and move to a guarantee room. So be careful with what you match to.

I've gotten them in the past. However, I've gotten a "rejection letter" almost as soon as I submitted the Early Saver Price Drop form.

 

I then called the # on the letter & the price drop was given to me.

I always apply for every price drop. If I get denied, I call the number on the letter and ask why. I have always gotten the price drops.
