Next cruise certificate question

Recommended Posts

We were on the Oasis sept 2012,while aboard we purchased an next cruise certificate, which we used for our upcoming allure cruise next month. It's been so long since we purchased it,and don't remember if OBC,was part of that deal. Are OBC usually part of the deal? If I called RCI would they have that info? I booked through a TA,but rather not go through him, because wasn't happy with him.How can i find out? THANKS

You should have $100 OBC on your booking.

I'd contact the TA and ask them to send you Royal's Guest Copy of your booking confrmation. The OBC should be listed there. Also check your electronic cruise docs, because I've noticed the OBC listed there too.
