Early yesterday, we received an e-mail that major changes had been made to our upcoming Silhouette British Isles cruise. The Holyhead, Wales stop is gone, we are now over-nighting in LeHavre -- and Dover has been moved from the first port stop, to the last. But, 24 hours later, what's coming up on the X website? SMH I tried with Mozilla and Chrome for several hours. Finally worked on Mozilla. My TA went awol again today, but I've printed the Xpress Pass yesterday. Just got Windows 10, so I will give it a try with Microsoft Edge (the new Explorer) and see if that helps. 15 minutes later.....nope, not any better! spearmint Posted September 5, 2015 #8 Share Posted September 5, 2015 When I log in for "My Celebrity", up come our two b-2-b cruises in November, but that is as far as the site will go. I keep getting a red sentences saying something like our personal information is incomplete. I cannot access any of the list of options...manage reservations etc. It did work when I first bought the cruises a couple of weeks ago, and at that time, thank God, I did all that I needed, and printed off my Express Pass.:eek: Also, I have been unable to register for the Connections Party (Meet and Mingle) for either cruise as the site just keeps bringing up a repeat page, after I have filled in all the required information.:( A Captain's Club rep suggested I try Internet Explorer over Mozilla, and it worked while he was on the telephone with me.
